The Chicago Tribune and The Sun Times reporters ran stories on the issue of Jobs the Governor himself stated were "PTRONAGE HIRERS"

But as within the media they left out the fact that the jobs being removed are really those of non-Patronages. the workers who I was told answer the phone for citizens questions.

The people named within both reports may had not gotten the positon

other than they were hired via the program offered by the Federal Governments Social Security Program.

A program to bring people back into working class who received SSI,

those hiree's were not Patronage but hired to give people a chance to work again many of them minorties.....

They're Title was Adminstrative Assistance, and some were hired on later prior to the CLOUT GAME, on job merit....

But then, the others who were really in the CLOUT GAME are as stated within the words alleged within the newpapers of Illinois are being allowed to keep their positions.

The Tribune and Sun Times did not report the real issue which maybe privatization of these departments by companies within foreign Nations. Thus can you see why there are more and more Americans Out of Work!

The very First Name on thelist was Hired via the SSA Program and NOT VIA Clouted Hired Officials They are still there so is there more to the focus of Elimation of the workers on this list than meets to eyes?

The first name on this list even after it was reported they were NOT removing these employees received a letter of lay-off until the Union stepped in and filed the Complaint in COURT.

OTHER FACTORS NOT STATED

IS ILLINOIS BEGINING TO CONSIDER HIRING OVERSEA'S BASED COMPANIES TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES INSTEAD OF AMERICAN WORKERS.?.

YOU SEE SOME YEARS AGO I FOUND THESE PROGRAMS AT WORK WITHIN BANKING CENTERS WHICH OFFERED FOREIGN COMPANIES ACCESS TO WORK WITHIN THE UNITED STATES .

BUT THE ISSUE REMAINS THAT WE HAVE A VERT LARGE POPULATION OUT OF WORK AND THIS WAS THE REASON WHY SOCIAL SECURITY AND OTHER AGENCIES BEGAN TO ASSIST IN PROVIDING JOBS TO THOSE WHO WOULD STILL BE ON SOCIAL SECURITY BEING DISABLED ETC.

NOW SPRINGFIELD IS SEEMINGLY REMOVING THESE WORKERS WHO HAD MERIT TO BE HIRED NOW WHO WILL BE REPLACING THESE PEOPLE? ASK YOUR GOVERNOR SOMEONE NEEDS TO ANSWER TO PHONES AND PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC.

NOW FOR THE CLOUTED HIRES THEY ARE STILL THERE BUT NOT UNDER THE POSITIONS STATED THEREFORE IS THIS VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS AND THE SHACKMAN DECREE THAT SEEMINGLY DOES NOT WORK IN CHICAGO AND OR ILLINOIS.
